The Guide.

.Carly Schneider is a golf performance coach and guide. I don’t teach swings in isolation. I work with people.

My work sits at the intersection of movement, awareness, and understanding—helping players see themselves more clearly so improvement becomes sustainable, not forced.

I’ve spent my career inside high-level golf environments: competitive golf, elite clubs, private coaching, and long-term player development. Along the way, one thing became clear—lasting performance doesn’t come from more information. It comes from better organization.

The Turn Method™ grew out of that realization.

Rather than prescribing chasing fixes, my work focuses on clarity: how a player moves, how they think, how they practice, and how those pieces interact. Every pattern tells a story. Every habit has a reason. Nothing is random.

My role is not to impose a system, but to read what’s already there—to observe, listen, map, and guide the moment of transition where awareness becomes action.

Golf is the medium, but the work is human.

When players understand themselves, confidence stabilizes. Practice becomes purposeful. Performance stops swinging wildly with circumstance. Better golf lasts.
